Feb 07 Dev Meeting

The first meeting of the REAP project team will be an opportunity to organize the project personnel, objectives, and milestones. See the agenda below for more details.

Logistics

Venue: UC Davis
Dates: February 14th and 15th, 2007

The meeting will be held in Kemper Hall on the UC Davis campus. The room schedule will be as follows: Room 1003 on the 14th (all day), and Room 1007 on the 15th 8-5:30 (all day) and 16th from 8-12

Hotel

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Aggie Inn (http://www.aggieinn.com/) under the group name "REAP". Please call 530.756.0352 to confirm your reservation. The block of rooms will expire on 1/26/07 so please make your reservation before then.

Travel

Davis is served by the Sacramento airport (SMF). The Davis Airporter (http://davisairporter.com/) has a shuttle service to and from the airport for $20. Plan on arriving for this meeting on Feb. 13 and departing either the night of the 15th or the 16th.
