This is version 1.
It is not the current version, and thus it cannot be edited. The March 2008 Developers meeting of the REAP project team will be an opportunity to discuss technical issues that came up over the last year, organize the project personnel, objectives, and milestones. See the agenda below for more details.
Logistics
Venue: San Diego Supercomputer Center, UC San Diego The meeting will be held in San Diego Supercomputer Center on the UC San Diego campus. The first day, we'll meet at SDSC room 462 at 8:30 am. The rest of the time room schedule will be as follows: March 25th - Breakout#1 - Room 462 All Day March 25th - Breakout#2 - Room 408 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. , Room 567 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. and Room 225 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. March 26th - Breakout#1 - Room 462 All Day March 26th - Breakout#2 - Room 377 All Day March 27th - Breakout#1 - Room 377 8 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., Room 567 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and Room 377 12:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. March 27th - Breakout#2 - Room 225 8 a.m. - 2 p.m., Room 408 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. and Room 225 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. March 28th - Breakout#1 - Room 462 All Day March 28th - Breakout#2 - Room 225 All Day
HotelA block of rooms has been reserved at the Aggie Inn (http://www.aggieinn.com/) under the group name "REAP". Please call 530.756.0352 to confirm your reservation. The block of rooms will expire on 1/26/07 so please make your reservation before then.
TravelSan Diego is served by theSan Diego International Airport (SAN, Lindbergh Field). Plan on arriving for this meeting on March 24th and departing either the night of the 28th or the 29th.
